You'll receive a .tar.gz file basically add it into your dash applications projects main directory.
pip install dash_dice_3d-0.0.1.tar.gz
or setup a requirements.txt file like:
dash_dice_3d @ file:dash_dice_3d-0.0.1.tar.gz
